Staff need serious customer service training, security should monitor access to pool area!!! Elevators often crowded and confusing, room amenities need a reality check, as they don't deliver on all promised features!!!

Had an epic time with friends! We soaked in the Miami culture and enjoyed a moonlight fashion show. The pool area was a blast with games and comfy loungers. Shoutout to Teodora for her amazing service on the beach. Would def come back for the good vibes and chill atmosphere!
